I bought a Resperate unit about four weeks ago as I was becoming increasingly concerned about my rising blood pressure which seemed to go up every time I saw my GP. As I have a low kidney function it was important to get it down to a safe level. I was on various medications but none of them seemed to work for me. At that time by BP was in the region of 159/100 and higher. I used Resperate for three weeks but didn't see any change in my blood pressure so was becoming a bit disheartened - not to say desperate!! I got in touch with the support team and they thought I might have been concentrating too much on technique and I should just relax and as they always tell you to do just "breathe easy." Well, I have been doing this now for the past week and amazingly my blood pressure is now down to 127/80. Although I am still on medication I do hope in the future my GP will reduce this so am absolutely thrilled and astounded by the results. Of course I will continue to use Resperate religiously to maintain this level. It's an enjoyable experience anyway and not something I consider a chore or an ordeal. Thank you so much. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone with high blood pressure. It most definitely works when you relax and breathe normally.

I used RESPeRATE initially while I was battling to reduce my blood pressure with homeopathic medicine, exercise and diet. It's the only method I've ever found of getting me to relax. I tried yoga, but always found myself starting to think about what else I could be doing instead of relaxing. Concentrating on the musical note with RESPeRATE stops me from thinking of anything else. I also find it very helpful for getting me back into the frame of mind for sleep when I wake at night and am having difficulty getting back to sleep.
